Fanik Consulting Company, LLC was founded by Lasheika Kassa, an accomplished government and court administration professional with more than 20 years of experience spanning government, judicial, community, and behavioral health settings. She has served in leadership roles including director, program manager, treatment provider, trainer, and faculty member, collaborating with state and national organizations to advance strategic initiatives, organizational effectiveness, workforce development, evidence-based programming, and public-sector service delivery.

With an academic and professional foundation in psychology, criminal justice, counseling, and executive leadership, Ms. Kassa brings a distinctive people-centered perspective to government strategy. Her behavioral-science background strengthens her ability to assess complex organizational needs, engage diverse stakeholders, navigate change, resolve conflict, and translate human and organizational challenges into actionable strategies — across strategic planning, human resource policies and procedures, employee training and development, grant writing, evidence-based curricula, program implementation, and organizational improvement.

Ms. Kassa earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice from Clark Atlanta University and an Executive Certificate in Leadership from Emory University. She is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor II (CADC-II) and Medication Assisted Treatment Specialist (MATS).

A recognized trainer and presenter, Ms. Kassa serves as a lead trainer with the University of Cincinnati Corrections Institute, where she has trained more than 200 treatment professionals throughout Georgia in Cognitive-Behavioral Interventions for Substance Use. She also serves as faculty with All Rise, formerly the National Association of Drug Court Professionals. Her professional leadership includes serving as Vice President of the Georgia School of Addiction Studies and Education Co-Chair of the Georgia Council of Court Administrators, and she is a member of the National Association for Court Management.

At the intersection of behavioral science, leadership, and public administration, Ms. Kassa is committed to developing strategies that strengthen government operations, build workforce capacity, improve organizational performance, and create sustainable public-sector impact.
